Adalia is the dominant Egyptian export lemon and is marketed in some destinations as Eureka. Bright yellow skin, juicy acidic flesh, and an aromatic peel that releases real essential-oil character when zested. The fruit anchors retail lemonade, mixology and bakery programs across the EU and the GCC. We pre-cool to 8–10 °C and pack across both retail-friendly 7.5 kg trays and 15 kg bulk formats.
