Origin character, audited soil, packed to spec.
Egyptian garlic is a flexible category programmable across a wide range of variety, stem-length, and bulb-size combinations. Six commercial types — White, Balady, Red, Chinese, Green and Dry — let buyers match end-use precisely: retail braids, food-service jars, processing crushers, or whole-bulb baskets. Stems are cut at 20, 15, 12, 10, 8, 5 or 2 cm. Bulbs are graded across nine sizes from 80 mm down to 40 mm. Pack flexibility runs from 2 kg loose-fill cartons to 20 kg mesh bags. Long-shelf programs use reefer at 0 °C with low humidity; cold-store inventory keeps the category available year-round.
